Rules

These rules are to be followed, however, if you disagree with them talk to me about it on the chat board and I'll listen to your reasoning and may make changes.

When Joining:

•  Fill out the form provided for you on the joining page
• We're only accepting human characters for now, but look out for events in the future that will allow you to make that beautiful troll you dreamed about!
  
• Magic is a present and active force in the world of Tenacaiya, however it is not quite to the point where you can make fireballs the size of suns. If in doubt about what is and what is not considered overpowered, head on over to the chat board and give us a holler.
  
• Your characters can join the game with any job, from leading one of the kingdoms to begging in the streets or they can sort out what they're doing after you start playing them 
• Dont forget to check both the "Characters" and "Reserved names" pages to make sure you don't use the same name as anyone else
• Wait to be accepted before you post anywhere else except the chat board
• You can join as many characters as you like, provided you keep them active!

When Posting:

• The minimum word count for any post is 150, this is to make it easy for people when they have museless days so please do write more when you can. This WILL however, be STRICTLY MODERATED. No-one gets away with one-scentence posts. 
• This is a war rpg, so there WILL be blood, gore and excessive violence. It happens so get over it, if it offends you then go away. 
• Try to post as regularly as you can. You must post atleast twice a week unless you are away because otherwise its unfair to other members. It'd also be nice if you tell us via some medium that you'll be away, so we can miss you rather than hate you for dissapearing. 
• No powerplaying (Controlling other people's characters)
• No godmoding (having all-powerful or perfect characters)

Just so that you know, if anyone DOES godmode a giant fist will appear out of nowhere and hit the character in the face.

Regarding dragons:

Depending on the member's in-character decisions each kingdom's laws regarding dragons will vary, however it is wise to keep the following in mind:

• Dragons are intelligent creatures
• They communicate with each other in their own way but if huge amounts of time and energy is invested in teaching them when they are young they can be taught human languages
• They aren't common and are invaluable resources to each side's army so there'll probably be laws forbidding their mistreatment
• They posses incredible strength so even if their mistreatment is legal, it certainly isn't wise and may lead to loss of life or limbs
• Dragons breed very rarely and usually lay only one or two eggs
• Dragons can live for over 100 years and continue to grow untill they die (though their growth rate becomes slower and slower)

Regarding lands:

• To claim one of the kingdom's you will have to join as the current leader of the kingdom in question and the lands will be transferred to you automatically
• Leaders of kingdoms will have to design their own political systems and then post a list of positions and ranks they want made available on the updates board (they will have to designate other characters in their kingdoms to these ranks as they see fit)
• Leaders will have to put a person in charge of each of their three towns to have someone there to run them
• Leaders, and those in charge of towns can have areas added to the towns if they say what they want on the updates board. They can either make the boards themselves and give me the link or leave a description and i'll do it for them
• All characters can have their own boards for their homes and workplaces. Again, just post what you want on the updates board and it will be sorted out
• Unsettled lands can be claimed by any character by posting on the updates page
• Leaders of unsettled lands can go to war, capture land ect. just like the bigger kingdoms-if they can build up enough power

Children:

It happens, humans reproduce from time to time. If you want one of your characters to have a child then say so on the updates board and i'll roll a dice for its gender (odd for a girl, even for a boy) to prevent arguments between players. Unless ofcourse you specifically want the child to be a gender. Your character could even have twins ect. You'll also need to work out who is going to roleplay the kid if and when it ages (if neither of you want to then post it's details on the "Needed characters" board when the time comes. The child's appearance and personality are up to the person playing it.

Also, if you want to actually roleplay the *ahem* activities leading to pregnancy then do so...but please make sure that the thread is clearly marked as mature, as some people may not want to read it.
